Coming from the South on I-90/94 Dan Ryan Expressway Merge onto the Dan Ryan Expressway.  Take the I-290 West Eisenhower Expressway exit towards West Suburbs/Congress Parkway/Chicago Loop.  Keep right at the fork in the ramp.  Merge onto the Eisenhower Expressway East.  The Eisenhower Expressway East becomes West Congress Parkway.  Turn left onto South State Street.  Turn right onto East Jackson Boulevard.
